INTRODUCTION
This course is a result of 25 years of consulting project and portfolio management experience, including managing all types of project stakeholders, from junior team members to C-level executives. We will start this course with a brief overview of the project manager’s responsibilities and the role of the stakeholder management plan in the overall project plan. We will then focus on stakeholder management and its four pillars: identifying stakeholders, planning stakeholder engagement, managing stakeholder engagement, and monitoring stakeholder engagement.
