Managing risks means arranging and implementing ahead of time for all the things that could happen, good or bad. Managing projects with an efficient project risk management plan increase the odds of success, as the project is less likely to be derailed. This training will aid you in planning risk management. This course covers the process of planning risk management for a project.

By the end of the course, you‘ll be able to:

This course is made for :

  • The course is applicable to practitioners of Project Management including Project Managers, Engineers, Leads, Executives, Business Analysts, members of the PMO teams, and others.
  • To be eligible for a PMP credential, you must meet the following educational and professional experience requirements. All project management experience must have accrued within the last eight consecutive years prior to submission of the PMP Application.
  • Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or global equivalent) – Minimum five years/60 months of unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project OR
  • Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent) – Minimum three years/36 months of unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project
  • Fresh Graduates looking to learn and build a career in Project Management (eligible for CAPM Certification, post-training)
