This course enables the participants to acquire the required expertise to audit Six Sigma quantitative methods, process improvement based on ISO 13053, and manage a team of auditors by applying widely recognized audit principles, processes, and techniques. During this training, the participant will assume the necessary knowledge and skills to proficiently plan and execute internal and external audits in conformity with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021. Based on practical exercises, the participant will grow the skills (mastering audit techniques) and competencies in managing audit teams and audit programs, communicating with customers, contacting solutions, etc.) Necessary to efficiently carry on an audit.
