INTRODUCTION
The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice is ideal if you are looking to gain a comprehensive mix of practical skills (HR, learning and development, organizational development) in people practice. This qualification is equivalent to A level and will provide you with an internationally recognized CIPD qualification as well as the knowledge necessary to gain membership of the CIPD Foundation.
Upon successful completion of the CIPD Level 3 qualification, you will be equipped with practical and theoretical skills across the core functions of people practice. You can start any time and work at your own pace by taking advantage of our fully flexible HR online training or enjoy live virtual learning sessions.

- Candidates new to an HR role or those who have worked in HR for a number of years but do not have any formal qualification.

COURSE OUTLINE
To gain CIPD Level 3, you will need to complete 3 modules. All sessions are assessed by written assessment.
Session One :
Business, culture and change in context
This unit looks at how external pressures affect companies and also how this can shape the culture within them. It also covers how to plan and manage change internally, and the impact this can have on people in the workplace.
Session Two :
Analytics principles
This unit focuses on how businesses use a range of data and evidence to make informed decisions. You learn how creating organizational value benefits employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
Session Three:
Basic behaviors of professional people
This unit examines the basic behaviors of professional people with an emphasis on how ethical principles guide business approaches. You will learn how to promote respect and inclusive work, as well as how to create positive working relationships.
People exercise basics
This module takes into account the employee life cycle and the different roles within it, as well as how to support the successful selection and recruitment of individuals. You will also examine how legislation affects employment relationships.
