Day One

1 – Policy and Programmed Management:

Establish a Business Continuity policy and define how the policy should be implemented through an ongoing cycle of activities.

2 – Embedding:

Understand how to best integrate Business Continuity awareness and practices into your day-to-day business operations and your organization’s culture, using a collaborative approach among business departments, staff, and disciplines.

Day Two

3 – Analysis:

Review and assess organizations in order to identify objectives, how it functions, and the constraints of their operating environment.

Day Three

4 – Design:

Identify and select appropriate solutions to achieve continuity in the event of an incident.

Day Four

5 – Implementation:

Learn how to implement the plans you created in the design stage and develop a response structure, including priorities, procedures, responsibilities, and resources for dealing with incidents.

Day Five

6 – Validation:

Check that the plans you have produced are accurate and fit for purpose for your organization and that the plans are current and tested.
