INTRODUCTION
For the majority of organizations all over the world, performance reviews are used to support decisions related to training and career development, compensation, transfers, promotions, and employment termination. Basically, the performance review process includes setting clear and specific performance expectations for each employee and providing periodic informal and/or formal feedback about employee performance relative to those stated goals. Nowadays, however, include a less formalized process focusing on more feedback and coaching, rather than a time-consuming paper trail.
Performance measurement provides deep insights into what makes an employee successful and about performance levels. This course provides participants with a strategic approach to ensuring the effectiveness of a team’s performance. Whether at the organizational, departmental, or employee level, the goal of people and performance management is to make sure that all the business goals are being met in a satisfactory manner.
