FIDIC conditions of contracts are used in the construction industry internationally, it is the de-facto standard followed by middle east and the UAE. Whether you are consulting engineer, contractor or an employer, gaining knowledge in  FIDIC  plays a vital role with the management and administration of works contracts.

This training course is designed to provide participants with the practical guidance in the management or administration of projects where the use of FIDIC forms of contracts is required. This course will enable participants to learn the effective expenditure of money and resources dependent on successful contract management activities: selecting the appropriate models, understanding the legal principles of creating a contract, managing each party’s rights and obligations, and dealing with claims and disputes.
